A long time ago I CO for this KP&S sweater. When I was almost finished, I needed to frog the entire thing. March 29th of this year...I finally decided to try again. And I finished this on my birthday! Yes, I still need to weave in the ends, but it really is too warm to wear this now. I didn't note my modifications very well. I know I started with the size small again, but I didn't add on all the extra stitches under the arms.
I realized that my stitch gauge was ok, but my row gauge was long. This worked in my favor as I wanted a longer sweater. I don't need my "I've had 3 kids and one c-section belly" hanging out.
I went with garter stitch at the hem and sleeves. After looking at other sweaters on ravelry, I knew that I didn't want ribbing.
I just had to erase the whiny part of this post. I don't need to talk about the 10# I need to loose, but I will still leave you with the back shot of this sweater. It rides up a bit in the back after I've worn it a bit. I'll fix that, but not by frogging my knitting.

It's really pretty! I love the colors in the yarn, and it looks like it fits well. (And I totally hear you about the belly - I think the 3rd kid has ruined it forever!) :)
Looks great! What yarn did you use?
But the sweater is wonderful! As I am sure the head actually is in real life.
Lovely!! And be kind to yourself... most of us have lives that lead to less time on/for US than for those around us...
That sweater is beautiful! I am still amazed at your knitting skills.
And lost in the lingo.
I don't know what it means to frog, but I am pretty sure I don't want any frogs on my clothes! *grin*
7 is not too bad at taking pictures. You should see the pics my daughter takes.
