When Gayle posted her meal plan, I was intrigued by this 'omelet' recipe. I thought we'd give it a try. The kids thought this was fun. And even though they prefer their eggs with just cheese, the were good sports about the ham and potatoes.
Verdict: This recipe is a keeper. Now I'm off to clean up the breakfast dishes. I wonder what else we'll do today?

The inlaws and their RVing cronies SWEAR by that recipe. We haven't tried it yet.
Although it looks fun, while spending time on camping websites (looking for meals to cook outdoors sans kitchen) I discovered that Ziploc/SC Johnson says to NOT use their bags for boil-in-the-bag meals. Article here:
