Last night the lid was left off Beckie's (the geckie) cage. This has not been a problem before. But this one time...she was able to climb her driftwood and escape. So, in the garage, where I do laundry, homeschool, and blog...we have a Gecko on the loose. To make things harder...she's nocturnal, so she's not likely to get up until tonight when she's hungry. I was ok with the Gecko in the cage...but a Gecko on the loose...sort of makes me feel like there's a mouse in the house.

Reptiles on the lose huh? I'm unfortunate enough to be able to say... been there, done that. Except our missing creatures have been small snakes. Either way... *shiver*!
