Pray for me...

I'm working on the handle of my Sidekick...and I may run out of yarn!!! If I do run out, I'm hoping that what I buy will match enough to finish the tab that closes the purse. I'll work on it later today. But last night...when I went to bed, I was worried. I'm anxious to get this bag in the washer. Because I need those #11 needles...and because I think my pal will be getting a SWS purse. There's a colorway that fits her likes perfectly.

***ETA*** The yarn is not enough. If I squeeze...it will make the handle, or maybe just close. But, there's no way I'll have enough for the flap. So, do I rip back the handle...and knit the flap with this skein of yarn. Then use the new yarn for the handle. Or do I rip back to where I cast off for the handle and the flap and start a new skein there. Either way, I won't make any more progress until I make it to Michael's.

OH NO! I hope you've enough yarn. I'm making a sidekick too, (christmas gift unless I like it too much!) I'm at the base and on the 2nd skein, it looks like enough. Are you using 2 strands? I'm using 1. Oh- and the fun fur on Reggae's Kitty Pi? The pattern called for it..I debated not using it, but the leftover I had from another project matched pretty good. :-)

How aggrevating! I'm sure it will look beautiful with whatever you decide. :)
