My MIL had surgery last week to remove some skin cancer right wher the hair line meets the forehead. This time the surgeon needed to shave 3 or 4" of her hair, instead of just pulling it back . I started Wendy's Dream Swatch in some linen. I know the stitch definition isn't the same, but I'm hoping this will blend in rather than stick out. And maybe when her hair grows back in a little I'll try a fun color...

it looks very pretty and i'm sure that your MIL will appreciate your thoughtfulness!
have you purchased a salamander yet? apparently they can live for up to 30 years! i don't mind them in their natural environment, so long as their natural environment ISN'T in my house! ; )
That's so nice that you're making that for your MIL. I'm sorry to hear she's needed surgery.
How do you like the SWS? It felts up very quickly! I enjoyed working with it and thought the color changes were fun.
And your Fetching looks great!!!
That's really going to look nice. I hope your MIL is doing better.
Your other projects look really good too! Congrats on the SFBE win. I have SWS at home in my stash but haven't tried it yet.
