We have sound!

On Friday night, M got the speakers in the living room working. After 8 hours of switching cables and fiddling with the remote yesterday, the rest of the speakers (except for the garage and outside) are working. Today's NASCAR race was in every room of the house.

I've been thinking. If necessary, I have yarn to make something for everyone on my Christmas list. I guess this is a benefit of stash. I'm working on a BYOB right now, with yarn from Grace, and leftovers from this tank. Not that I was planning on giving that away...this one is for me.

Potential Knits Gift List
And for the kids...I've been wanting to make these. I'm sure that I can make those for less than $48. I'll probably make those for me nephews too. Every kid needs to be a superhero.

Have you started your Christmas knitting yet?

I bet the race sounded great!

Christmas knitting? Oh please. I've got to get through my August knitting first!

I've got one pair of socks done for my MIL, but other than that...lol. I'm sure I'll be frantic come November. ;-)

Glad the speakers are working!

Are you kidding??? Christmas knitting? I'm still trying to finish the beach bags! I LOVE those capes - the little man might just need one. I know my Mom could make it. Yeah for sound - I'm jealous.

Talk about surround sound! That really must be awesome. I don't know if I'll be doing any Christmas knitting this year. Time will tell.

Just catching up (again!). I'm so sorry about M's job and I hope that he is having success finding another one.

Congratulations on your sound system! It must be a relief to have this project almost done.

I have a scarf done for a friend, but that's it for my Christmas knitting. I gave all of my dishcloths away this summer when I went home, so I'll have to knit more of those soon.
