While putting the kids to bed tonight...
I was telling M how my hands still hurt. I had done something on Friday and my hands are sore days later. I pondered that maybe I'm getting the arthritis that runs in my family. 6 was quick with a response. He said..."Oh, then you need Honey Nut Cherrios!" M & I said, "What?!?" 6 said, "Oh wait, that's for High Cholesterol!" I was dying laughing...so I just had to share. Isn't it funny what they learn from commercials.

But, you know, sometimes the things they learn pay off...
When my brother was , oh, 9 or 10 he lost a permanent tooth playing basketball. One of the kids had just seen a "commercial" while watching cartoons that morning and knew to put the tooth in milk until they could get to the dentist. My brother's tooth was re-attached and saved!
