I waited until after we officially started homeschooling. I thought I'd get invited about Christmas time...and we would be taking a school break. Oy! How am I going to school next week when I'll be dreaming of checking this out?

I think you'll be fine. It is fun, but it hasn't been a huge time waster for me so far. I suppose it would be if I was involved in a lot of groups.
