Scout asked. I just had to laugh. Maybe I'm not the penny loafer type...but definately the girly gingham. Is that preppy? These are all from 1993...the year I graduated High School. In the top photo...the pink overalls are mine...and I'm wearing R's. We were on our way to Disneyland...9 girls in overalls...just to have dinner and take photos with the characters. Crazy...but you know I have the best memories from that night. I love my girlfriends. The daisy outfit...I made that. You can't see it in this photo, but there are even daisy buttons. And the aqua gingham...that was for a baseball game. So, this got me thinking...look how happy I was. These days, happiness seems harder to come by. We've experienced a lot of death in the family lately...and some other health concerns. So, maybe I just need some more PINK. AND SOME GINGHAM! How can that not be cheery?
