My neighbor is an older single man. His kids are grown. He still shops at Costco because it's cheaper. He brings up the 'extras' and we are blessed by his continuous stream of generosity. This week, he's brought us 2# of butter and 1# of coffee beans.
Sunday afternoon, a friend from church came by with $280 in cash. She just said, "It's not from me." She was just the messenger.
Last night, a friend dropped by with a decorative pumpkin that says, "Give Thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever." I'm enjoying that with my fall decor. She also brought me a knitting book, Shibori Knits. It's been awhile since I've felted anything...I'm excited to start a new project.

God is good... I really do hope though that things change very soon. I'm pretty sure you've learned whatever lessons were in store!
Your Given lists are always so inspiring to me!
It's wonderful to see people taking care of others. It always reminds me that there's still good in the world.
