My tooth popped out in one piece...and the whole thing including the shots and waiting for them to take effect, couldn't have taken more than a 10 minutes. I'd brought my Jaywalker with me in case I had to wait. But, while I didn't have a chance to knit, my sock became quite the topic. All the ladies came in to see this sock. And while holding the one OTN that's about to be kitchenered, someone mentioned that she'd like socks without the toes...and I said there are patterns for those...Pedicure Socks. Anyways, as soon as I can count, those socks will be done. I just need to kitchener the toe on the second sock...but I can't remember at what point I stopped on sock one. I've probably only got another 2-4 rows...so these will be a FO soon.
Ok...I'm going to go hug my boys. They just came home from the Angel's game with M. 2 is off spending the night with Grandma so I can rest.

Very glad your tooth came out whole. Here's wishing you no more dental issues!! Very cool that your sock knitting was the topic of interest. Hope you're not in any pain today.
Let's hear it for relatively painless dentist visits! And how fun that your sock got such attention.
Happy knitting-

YAY!! I'm soo glad that your appointment went well!!!!
No...I haven't read Gardenias for Breakfast. I'll have to get that one. She is definitely one of my favorite authors too. She just came out with a new book about Katie. It was soo good! I'm reading the Glenbrooke series right now.
Wahoo! I'm glad it went so well and (relatively) easy! Here's praying your mouth stays healthier and stops being such a pain in the rear!
I am SO GLAD that you're okay. I'm sure it was nice to talk about your knitting! Gives some good association with the dental office.
